Audrey Benzing is a painter and maker originally from Jackson, Mississippi now based in Manhattan. An awarded 9 month artist residency with Transform Arts moved her to the city in 2023. Audrey has since gone on to speak at Creative.nyc, Transcender Art Session, and has exhibited work in a one night residency duo show with Transform, Arthouse2b’s 2024 group exhibition Playing Around as well as Moshava Art’s 2025 staff show “Behind the Scenes.” She was most recently chosen as one of four installation artists for Hephzibah House’s Christmas open house weekend, where she filled an entire parlor with work hanging from the ceiling and grand staircase. Currently, she is building a fresh body of work in her studio above Moshava Art, where she is the gallery coordinator and curator.
